About
A studio that ships, then stays.
ARZ Labs builds production software from Lebanon for the Levant and beyond. We work Arabic-first because our markets do, we test because correctness is the product, and we self-host because handing over a repo is not the same as running a system. Three products are live today; each one is documented, backed up, and operated by the people who wrote it.
How we work
Tested before it ships
Blocking test suites gate every push — 1,768 tests on ClinoDesk, a 201-test money-math contract on Mizan.
Deployed by CI, not by hand
GitHub Actions to staging and production, versioned migrations applied by tooling, never pushed live by hand.
Operated, with receipts
Docker and Caddy on infrastructure we run, nightly backups with rehearsed restores, written runbooks.
Documented, honestly
Comments explain why, not what. Status pages state what is not built. Claims trace to files, or they are not made.
The stack we bet on
Arabic-first is the differentiator
Not a translation pass at the end: 1,419 keys maintained in both languages on ClinoDesk, an Arabic-native product in Mizan with domain vocabulary a generic app cannot fake, and RTL bugs caught and fixed in live QA on TakafolSouq. Very few studios in this market can show that depth.
