About
A studio that ships, then stays.
ARZ Labs builds production software from Lebanon for the Levant. We work Arabic-first because our markets do, we test where correctness is the product, and we self-host because handing over a repo is not the same as running a system. Five systems are live today, each operated by the person who wrote it.
How we work
Tested where it counts
ClinoDesk is gated by 1,768 blocking tests on every push; Mizan's money math carries a 201-test correctness contract. Where a project has no automated suite yet, the case study says so.
Migrations by tooling, not by hand
Versioned migrations applied by deploy tooling, never run live by hand. ClinoDesk deploys to staging and production through GitHub Actions.
Operated, with receipts
Docker and Caddy on infrastructure we run, nightly backups with a documented restore procedure, written runbooks.
Documented, honestly
Comments explain why, not what. Status pages state what is not built. Claims trace to files, or they are not made.
The stack we work in
Arabic-first is the differentiator
Not a translation pass at the end: 1,419 keys maintained in both languages on ClinoDesk, an Arabic-native product in Mizan with domain vocabulary a generic app cannot fake, and RTL bugs caught and fixed in live QA on TakafolSouq. That is the depth we build to.
