Refunds and cancellations

ARZ Labs does not sell anything directly through arzlabs.dev. There is no cart, no checkout and no online payment anywhere on this site. The contact form only sends us a message; it does not place an order.

Every engagement (building, operating or supporting software for you) is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement, agreed before any work begins. That agreement, not this page, sets out pricing, payment terms, and what happens if either side wants to change or end the engagement.

If we ever sell a ready-made product or licence directly through this site to someone buying it for reasons outside their professional activity, the applicable consumer withdrawal right and time limit will be stated on that specific offer at the time of sale. Nothing today is sold that way, so no such right or time limit applies here.
