This site is run by Hasan Said Alhalabi, trading as ARZ Labs, a sole trader in Lebanon. Contact: info@arzlabs.dev.

This is an informational and marketing site describing ARZ Labs' work. Nothing is sold, and no contract is formed by browsing it or by submitting the contact form. The form starts a conversation; it does not commit either side to anything.

Prices are quoted per project in writing before any engagement begins, and any applicable Lebanese VAT, fee or expense is stated in that quote.

The information on this site, including the security and compliance controls described on our case-study pages, describes how a system was built as of the date shown on that page. It is provided for information. It is not a warranty, a certification or a contractual commitment, and it does not form part of any agreement between us.

Any engagement (building, operating or supporting software for you) is governed solely by the separate written proposal and agreement signed for it. That agreement, not this website, contains the warranties, service levels, confidentiality terms and limits of liability that actually apply.

ClinoDesk is sold and operated for clinics outside the United States. We do not currently act as a HIPAA business associate and do not serve US covered entities.

The text, case-study descriptions and design of this site belong to Hasan Said Alhalabi, trading as ARZ Labs, except where credited otherwise. Do not copy or republish it without asking first.

Map imagery on the TakafolSouq case study is rendered from OpenStreetMap data, available under the Open Database License. See that page for the credit. Two of the site's icon glyphs and both self-hosted typefaces are used under their own open licences: the full notices are at /licenses/ICONS.txt, /licenses/OFL-plex.txt and /licenses/OFL-instrument-sans.txt.

ClinoDesk, TakafolSouq and Mizan are described here with permission. Each is a separate product with its own terms, privacy notice and support channel; this site does not speak for them.

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. If you rely on something you read here for a decision, confirm it with us first at info@arzlabs.dev.

These terms are governed by the law of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the competent Lebanese courts.
